The company’s performance in the field of business sustainability was acknowledged by this prestigious acclaim

In recognition of its achievements in the field of sustainability, Forest-Vill Ltd. received EcoVadis’ Committed badge. Specializing in sustainability ratings, EcoVadis assessed the Budaörs-based company’s business operations and corporate governance system, taking into account environmental, employee and human rights, ethical and procurement-related sustainability criterias.

In 2024 Forest-Vill Ltd. was once again assessed by EcoVadis from the aspect of sustainability. The internationally renowned analyst firm in the field of business sustainability ratings examined the extent to which the Budaörs-based company has integrated sustainability principles into its business activities and corporate governance systems within its own industry. EcoVadis assessed the company across 21 sustainability criterias, covering four areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. Forest-Vill Ltd. scored a total of 54 points on the EcoVadis scale of 0 to 100, outperforming the industry average in the implementation of sustainability standards. The company has been awarded the EcoVadis Committed badge for its efforts in this area.

Forest-Vill Ltd is committed to promoting sustainable solutions in the design and construction of electrical and energy systems. Among its activities, the company is building Hungary’s largest energy storage facility in Szolnok, which will enable an even larger share of weather-dependent renewable energy plants to be connected to the Hungarian electricity grid. In addition, Forest-Vill Ltd. places great importance on the sustainability of its organizational operations, which is why the firm has been assessed by EcoVadis more than once.

Founded in 2007, EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. The criterias set up by EcoVadis are based on international sustainability standards such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
